Ingredients
Sugar, Dextrose, Egg White, Modified Corn Starch, Wheat Starch, Cream of Tartar, Salt, Corn Starch, Gelatin, Cellulose Gum, Artificial Flavor, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate (A Whipping Aid).

Directions
You will need: 1/2 cup boiling water. Tips: Be sure bowl and utensils are clean. Use 1 tablespoon less water in humid weather. Using a standard electric mixer will give best results. Prepare immediately before spreading on cake. Beat frosting mix and boiling water in small glass or metal bowl on low speed 30 seconds, scraping bowl constantly. Beat on high speed 5 to 7 minutes, scraping bowl occasionally, until stiff peaks form. Frost 13x9 inch cake or 8- or 9-inch 2-layer cake, 10 inch angel food cake or 4 dozen cupcakes. Store cake loosely covered. To frost 2-layer cake, brush crumbs from cake. Place 1 layer, top side down, on plate. Spread 1/2 cup frosting almost to edge. Place other layer, top side up, on frosted layer. Spread remaining frosting over side and top of cake.
